The Kreators Hub is a 285sqm space, 90sqm of which in the shape of a designer lounge located above the Kreators Studio. It is a premium, flexible space built for events, workshops, panels, private gatherings, and community meetups. The Hub combines a warm lounge atmosphere with professional equipment to support business, creative, and community-driven experiences.

You can request a booking through our website by selecting “Host a Community” or “Organize a Private Event.” Share your preferred date, expected number of attendees, and the type of event you want to host. Our team will confirm availability and help you configure the ideal setup. The space can be fully privatized for your session.

The Hub comfortably seats around 20 guests with armchairs and couches, but another 40 foldable chairs can be added to the space upon request. For standing or mixed formats, the space can host between 70 and 100 guests.

Additional recording or live streaming equipment is available on request. The space can be arranged to match panels, workshops, community meetups, or private events.

Yes. The Hub is ideal for recurring events such as monthly communities, themed meetups, founder circles, or AI and business groups. We welcome long-term partners and can help with logistics, setup, and optional co-promotion if aligned with our ecosystem.

Yes. Our team can assist with audio setup, lighting adjustments, camera placement, recording sessions, and live streaming if required. For larger productions, additional technical support can be arranged.

Absolutely. Many hosts use the recording studio to capture podcast interviews, panel summaries, expert portraits, or event highlight content. It is a powerful way to extend your event’s impact and generate professional media on the same day.

We can suggest several catering options such as coffee breaks, snacks, finger food, and drinks for networking evenings, but you are also free to bring your own catering partner if preferred. Kindly note that we are only organizing private events, no food or alcohol purchase is allowed on premises.

All bookings for The Kreators Hub are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you will receive a credit that can be used to reschedule your event at a later date, subject to availability. Late cancellation fees may apply if expenses have already been engaged (such as staffing, preparation, or external services) or if the cancellation occurs at the last minute. Credits cannot be exchanged for refunds.
