Web Summit 2026 takes place in Lisbon from 9 to 12 November 2026 at the MEO Arena in Parque das Nações. Kreators, in Alfama, is a production studio available through that week for podcasts, video podcasts, founder and executive interviews, customer and partner conversations, short-form social content and photography. Podcast and video recording is €450 for 3 hours including VAT, and portraits are €340 for 2 hours including VAT. Editing and social clips are quoted per project. Studio slots are booked online. If you need to gather people rather than record them, that side of the house is bridgr.

Portrait and video set
Profoto lighting, three paper backdrops, tether station. 2 hours at €340 including VAT, video added on quote.
Event capture
Coverage of a gathering in the building: interviews, portraits, event video and social clips around the room. Quoted per project.
Side event plus content
bridgr hosts the gathering, Kreators records selected guests before, during or after it. Quoted together.

Where can we record a podcast during Web Summit in Lisbon?
At Kreators in Alfama, central Lisbon. The set is dressed, the cameras are placed and the audio chain is patched, so a booking is recording time and not setup time. A 3-hour session is €450 including 23% VAT and slots are booked online with live availability.
Where can our CEO record interviews during Web Summit?
In the Kreators studio in Alfama, on a dressed set with multi-camera video and Shure SM7B audio. Executives usually book a half or full day and run several conversations back to back without the room being reset between them.
Can we record several interviews or episodes in one day?
Yes. Multi-interview days are the most common way teams use the studio during conference week, because the set, lighting and audio stay exactly as they are between guests. Tell us how many conversations you have and we block the time in one booking.
Can someone film and edit our Web Summit interviews?
Yes. Filming, photography, editing and short-form clips are produced in-house by the same team that runs the studio, and are quoted per project alongside the studio time.
Can we record customer testimonials and partner conversations?
Yes. Customers, partners and investors are already in Lisbon that week, which is exactly why teams record testimonials and partner talks here rather than scheduling separate shoots through the year.
Can we shoot founder portraits and brand photography too?
Yes. The photography studio has Profoto B10 Plus lighting, three paper backdrops and a tether station, at €340 for 2 hours including 23% VAT.
Can we host an event and record content in the same building?
Yes. The gathering itself is bridgr, the creative residence in the same Alfama ecosystem, and Kreators records the conversations in the studios upstairs. The two happen in the same building on the same day, quoted together.
Where can we host a Web Summit side event?
For a dedicated Web Summit gathering, launch, dinner or private night, bridgr is the gathering proposition in our Alfama ecosystem. Kreators still hosts smaller seated formats in the Hub, and handles podcast, video and photography production before, during or after your event.
Where exactly is Kreators?
Rua Leite de Vasconcelos 3A, 1170-197 Lisboa, in Alfama. Santa Apolónia is the closest station, and the MEO Arena is a metro, taxi or ride-hailing trip away in Parque das Nações.
What is included in a studio booking?
The room as you see it: dressed set, Sony FX3 multi-camera video, Shure SM7B and Rode Procaster microphones, Aputure lighting, Profoto B10 Plus in the photo studio, and the guest lounge. Nothing to rent on top for a standard session.
How early should we book for Web Summit week?
Early. Conference weeks fill first, and there is one podcast set and one photo studio. Studio slots are booked online in real time; production and editing are confirmed by quote.
